Outside: - Private 50 m² north-facing terrace and 3 m² south-facing balcony for sun or quiet moments. - Shared garden with barbecue, outdoor furniture, loungers, hammock, and edible plants (herbs, vegetables, garden fruit, and homemade jams). - Two electric bikes are available for you to explore the beautiful surroundings. - Swimming access is just a 7-minute drive away.
