Environment description A warm "Griaß Gott" to our family-friendly farm on the Ratzinger Höhe. Our farm with young cattle rearing is run as a sideline and is idyllically and quietly situated at an altitude of 694 m between Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee in the Chiemgau. In addition to hikes with fantastic views of our lakes and mountains of the Chiemgau, our holiday farm is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours and well-known excursion destinations in our region. Our farm is not far from the Zwei-Seenblick lookout tower with a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps. A beautiful playground, sandpit, children's vehicle park, table tennis, football pitch and a large trampoline await our younger guests. But there is also the possibility to ride on our ponies or to lovingly take care of our calves, rabbits, cats, guinea pigs or horses. You can relax and unwind on our large sunbathing lawn. Unser Hof liegt auf der wunderschönen Ratzinger Höhe auf 694 m und wird bereits in der 3. Generation als Familienbetrieb geführt. Die Gastfreundschaft hat bei uns eine lange Tradition: schon in den 1960er Jahren verbrachten die ersten Sommerfrischler ihren Urlaub auf unserem Hof. Unsere Familie hat Gäste stets mit viel Herzlichkeit empfangen und ihnen einen Ort zum Wohlfühlen geschaffen. 1992 wurde der Heißenhof neu erbaut. Neben Gästezimmern mit Frühstück entstanden zwei großzügige Ferienwohnungen. Im Jahr 2007 wurden die Gästezimmer zu modernen Ferienwohnungen umgebaut. Bis 2011 wurde auf unserem Hof Milchwirtschaft betrieben. Seit 2010 gehören auch Pferde zu unserem Hofleben. Heute haben wir uns auf die Kälberaufzucht spezialisiert und bewirtschaften den Heißenhof mit viel Leidenschaft und Liebe zur Landwirtschaft. Auch unsere drei Mädels helfen mit Freude auf dem Hof mit und tragen dazu bei, dass der Heißenhof ein lebendiger Familienbetrieb bleibt.
