Information and details about the accommodation: Cottage Marcel (88 m²) includes a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob), a wood stove, a comfortable sofa, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and private terrace, one with a 160 cm double bed and outside access, and one with two 90 cm single beds. A second bathroom with a large walk-in shower and toilet completes the upper floor. Outside, a large private terrace with no overlooking neighbors allows you to fully enjoy the natural surroundings. Our home is located near the cottage. Cottage Marcel has underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs. A playground is available for children. A bus (line 28) connects Mirabel-et-Blacons to the Valence SNCF train station, making access easy even without a car.
