It can accommodate up to 21 guests, including a maximum of 17 adults. The house has two fully equipped living areas, which are connected by an intermediate door. This means you and your friends live under one roof, but still have enough privacy and time for yourself. The vacation home has a large separate kitchen on the first floor and a combined kitchen, dining and living room with kitchenette on the top floor. The large communal dining room on the first floor can seat a total of over 20 people at two tables. The large dining table seats 14 people. There is also a smaller table that seats a further eight guests. A total of 7 bedrooms with 21 beds are available, of which a maximum of 17 beds are suitable for adults. There are 4 double rooms, 3 four-bed rooms and 1 multi-bed room with 5 beds. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a window. Outside there is an area of around 1,000 m². In front of the house, facing south, you will find a large terrace with enough seating for all guests. The Eifel-Atrium vacation home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery that can be used as a combined dining, living and kitchen area. There are also two galleries with additional living areas. The open-plan design combined with the large windows provides plenty of light and a spacious feel. The vacation home, which was newly built a few years ago, is located in the South Eifel Nature Park. It is very quiet and surrounded by meadows and forests. The house offers a total of 16 beds. The Rodershausen vacation home has a total of 15 bedrooms, five bathrooms, a guest WC and a large kitchen, living and dining room as well as a further guest room. There is also a large terrace in front of the house. The 15 bedrooms can accommodate up to 30 guests. The vacation home has a large combined dining room with kitchenette and pellet stove. The dining area can seat over 25 people at two groups of tables. Right next to the living and dining area is the "small hall". There is space for up to 20 more people. The special feature of this open-plan kitchen is the free-standing kitchen block with counter, which can be used with its stools to complement the dining table. On the first floor, a large living/dining area with an integrated kitchen has been created, which was once used as a bar. Right next to it is the former small hall, which is now used as another dining room. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and WC, a guest WC and a large checkroom. There are ten bedrooms and three bathrooms on the upper floor of the guest house. Famous visitors were also taken into consideration when designing the rooms. Up to 27 guests can be accommodated here. The house has been completely renovated and generously extended in recent years. It is perfect for a holiday together with family or friends, as the living space is divided into four independent areas. This way, every guest can enjoy their privacy and still meet for shared activities. The holiday home is exclusively for your use; no other guests will be in the house. A very large group room is ideal as a kitchen, dining, and lounge area for large families and groups of friends. The 27 sleeping places in nine bedrooms are distributed among three twin rooms, four triple rooms, one four-bed room, and one multi-bed room with eight beds. The holiday home is located in a quiet area in the small village of Zweifelscheid-Engelsdorf, a small settlement amidst the idyllic nature of the Enz Valley in the Neuerburg region of the Eifel. The house is only a few metres away from three other holiday homes. The Enz Valley cycle path runs directly by the house, and it is surrounded by hiking trails. This accommodation is perfect for vacationers, craftsmen and assembly groups looking for spacious and practical accommodation. The town house can be divided into two residential units. Each unit has its own living area with its own entrance. It is also possible to rent the entire house. In this case, the dividing doors open and up to 22 people can spend a wonderful time together in Neuerburg. There are a total of ten bedrooms with 22 sleeping options. There are three single rooms, three double rooms, three three-bed rooms and one four-bed room to choose from. There is a small terrace in front of the house with a view of the church square and the church of St. Nicholas. Unfortunately, it is not possible to park directly in front of the house, but there are parking spaces on the roadside nearby. This vacation home is not suitable for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to the age of 25). Stag parties and so-called drinking parties are not permitted. In this case, please book other accommodation. An additional fee per person and night will be charged as a guest contribution by the town of Neuerburg. For children/young people from the age of 10 up to the age of 16 a lower fee applies. Fitters and children/young people up to the age of 10 are exempt from paying the guest contribution.
