Information about the host The vacation home was built in 2018 and is located in the beautiful village of Inzell. Whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter, it is always beautiful here. In the surrounding area you can go hiking or cycling, skiing or cross-country skiing. The four apartments are high quality, stylish and modern furnished and suitable for 2-4 people. From each apartment you have a view of the beautiful surroundings. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and each apartment has a safe and Wi-Fi. Several stores can be found within walking distance (500 meters). In the village itself there are bakeries, cafes and restaurants to sit comfortably and enjoy the German Gemütlichkeit. As a guest of our vacation home you can store your skis, ski boots and helmets in the utility room. There you will also find the washing machine and dryer, which you can use freely. Bicycles can be stored in a spacious shed in the garden. The large picnic table in the communal garden can also be used by all guests. Arrival Description Freeway Munich - Salzburg (A8) - exit 112 Inzell at km 99 - B 306 11 km to Inzell - at Agip gas station turn right - next street left Dammweg (in front of Allianz agency) after approx. 50 m, on the right side. Description of the accommodation This beautiful vacation apartment for 4 persons is located on the second floor of Haus Im Moos. The apartment is spacious and bright and due to the many wooden accents at the same time cozy and warm. From the balcony at the back of the apartment you have a beautiful view of the mountains. You may also use the large picnic bench behind the house. The living room has a cozy sitting area with a 3-person (sleeper) couch, armchair and stool. There is a smart TV and of course wifi. In the fully equipped open kitchen you can have a wonderful breakfast and cook. The cozy dining area consists of a dining table, three chairs and a bench for three people. There are two bedrooms the first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. In both rooms there is a wardrobe with compartments and clothes rail. When you arrive, the beds are already made for you. In the bathroom you will find a shower and a double sink and there are towels per person. There is a separate toilet.
