The villa is spread over three floors: • Attic: living room with 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed, kitchen/dining area, double bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. • First floor: living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 5 balconies. • Tavern: living room with double sofa bed and dining area, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, billiard room, and fitness area. The outdoor area features a large garden, a spacious pool with outdoor shower, a wide gazebo, and a barbecue for outdoor meals and aperitifs. The villa accommodates up to 18 guests, making it ideal for several families or large groups of friends. Enjoy billiards in the tavern and keep active in the fitness area.
