In our farm shop, guests can purchase ‘eggcellent’ breakfast eggs from our own chickens every day, ideal for a delicious start to the day. The range is complemented by farm-grown products such as homemade egg noodles, jams, preserves and carefully selected products from friendly businesses in the region. This creates an authentic, personal shopping experience, where you can be sure that you are buying handcrafted products that have been made with passion and sustainable methods. The holiday apartments are exclusively furnished and combine rural charm with contemporary comfort and lovely details. Environment description Teisendorf is the ideal starting point for long walks, cycle rides and excursions in the surrounding area. We are centrally located between Berchtesgaden and Königssee, the charming old town of Salzburg, and the ‘Bavarian Sea’ – Lake Chiemsee – with its picturesque Fraueninsel and the famous royal palace on Herreninsel. The Lake Constance–Königssee Cycle Route and the Mozart Cycle Route to Salzburg run right past our front door. For hiking enthusiasts, our local mountain, the Teisenberg, with the picturesque Stoißer Alm, is just 2 km away. The 280 km of well-signposted hiking trails invite you to enjoy a leisurely stroll around Teisendorf. In summer, you can enjoy the new forest swimming pool, just a 5-minute walk away. In the historic Marktstraße, you’ll find well-run restaurants and cafés to suit every taste. There are also plenty of shops and an ice-cream parlour serving authentic Italian gelato, perfect for a leisurely stroll. terms/extras The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of €2.00 per person per night for adults. Guests aged 7 to 16 pay a reduced rate of €1.00 and children up to the age of 6 are exempt from the visitor's tax. (Subject to change) Arrival Description To get here by car via the A8 motorway, take the Neukirchen exit towards Teisendorf; in the town centre, turn right off Marktstraße onto Alte Reichenhaller Strasse; after about 300 metres you will reach our farm and farm shop; signs by the road will guide you on arrival. If you’re travelling by train from Teisendorf station, it’s about a 20-minute walk to our accommodation.
