Our newly renovated 45 m² apartment accommodates up to four people. A queen-size bed ensures restful sleep, and the sofa converts into a 1.40 m wide bed. At a glance: - Fast fiber-optic internet: Stable and reliable, even in peak season. - Open kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and espresso machine. - Balcony and modern bathroom: Ideal for unwinding and relaxing. The beach is just 600 meters away and can be reached in about eight minutes on foot. Shops are a six to nine minute drive away. The local tourist tax is charged separately (depending on season). Children under 18 are exempt. Final cleaning is mandatory and charged separately. Please bring your own beach towels, coffee grounds, espresso pods, dishwasher tabs, and dish soap.
